What Happens If You’re Not Home?

A signature may not always be required for delivery.

    • If no one is available at the delivery address:

      • The courier may leave your parcel with a neighbor or in a secure, safe location.

      • A delivery notice or card may be left with details about:

        • Where your parcel was left

        • If it was returned to the local depot

    • You can then contact the courier to arrange collection or reschedule delivery at your convenience.
