Refund and Returns Policy
At SNS Pro Gears, we’re confident you’ll love our products. However, if something doesn’t meet your expectations due to size, color, or model, you can request an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. If your order hasn’t arrived, you also have 30 days to file a claim. Every SNS Pro Gears product includes a 90-day limited warranty.
A. Return & Exchange Guidelines
1. Unopened Items
You may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable and must be covered by the customer.
2. Opened Items
Opened items can be returned within 30 days, provided they are in resalable condition with all original packaging and accessories. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Cancelled Orders
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Refused deliveries will be handled under our standard return policy. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Change of Mind
Changed your mind? No problem. You can return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Again, shipping fees will not be refunded and must be paid by the customer.
5. Ordered by Mistake
If you placed an order by mistake, you may return it within 30 days. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
B. Issues with Your Order
1. Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, contact us immediately with clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or other suitable resolution.
2. Wrong Item Received
Received the wrong item, color, or size? Reach out to us with photos, and we’ll send the correct item or issue a refund. In such cases, return shipping is on us.
C. Returns Process & Requirements
Include the original invoice and a completed return form.
Specify the reason for return and your preference for a refund or exchange.
All items will be inspected before any credit or refund is issued.
D. Warranty Information
1. Coverage
Our 90-day limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
2. What’s Covered
Defective items will be repaired or replaced at no cost during the warranty period.
3. What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, or wear and tear unrelated to manufacturing defects.
4. Getting Warranty Service
Contact our support team with details of the issue, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
E. Return Shipping Labels
We provide free return labels in these cases:
Wrong item, size, or color received (photos required)
Item not as described
Customer canceled order, but it was already shipped
Free return labels are NOT provided for:
Change of mind
Mistaken orders
Incorrect size or color ordered by customer
Dispatched orders that are later canceled
For bulky or heavy items, customers are responsible for collection/shipping costs if the return is not due to our error.
Hygiene Notice
For hygienic reasons, groin guards and mouthguards cannot be returned or exchanged once used.
